RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bee & Blossom Floral Design, we pride ourselves in creating and delivering devine fresh and dried/preserved flowers.

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 24hours of the delivery or pick up of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept complaints regarding quality within 24hours of you recieving your order, so we can inform our suppliers.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bee & Blossom Floral Design we do accept cancellations depending on time of cancellation request.

Cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellations requested prior to preparation of your product will recieve a full refund or store credit.

If your product has been specifically made for you, where possible we will endevour to re-sell it, however if this is not possible a full refund will not be given. Part refund will be assessed at this time.

We strive to fulfill each order to the highest standard, taking into consideration all information provided to us (colour, style etc), please be as specific as possible, Bee & Blossom Floral Design will not accept returns or provide refunds if the product supplied is not correct when information has not been given to us.

Most of our selection is Florist Choice, giving us discretion to use the information you provide us to make your order.
