SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery will be calculated on your order at the checkout, your postcode is important to be charged the correct fee.

We also offer pick up from 3 Willowbrook Place, Clive 4102.

Bee & Blossom Floral Design will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses so please give us as much information as possible and always provide a contact phone number for the recipient. In the case of incorrect delivery information being provided, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if need.

If you have choosen fresh flowers, due to the nature of the product, failure to provide the correct address information within 24hours after notification of incorrect address will result in order cancellation or an additional charge for the cost of the flowers if you wish to proceed with delivery.
